RESEARCH
This phase involves research and collaboration with Stakeholders and Users to map out the goals, KPIs, user stories, product requirements, and success criteria of the entire project.

PRE-DESIGN
Our product experts will expand and prioritize the feature list in alignment with accomplishing the product’s end goals. We develop system architectural diagrams and user journey flows in order to map out the entire user experience while focusing not just on the happy path but on all edge cases.

PRODUCT DESIGN
Our design team will interpret all the information, feature list, and user journey flows into UX design process to create wireframes of the entire product to identify potential problems. We then convert the wireframes into engaging UI designs to give the client a look and feel of the final product screens, states and visual experience.

DESIGN PROTOTYPE
We create a clickable design demo of the final UI Designs, enabling the client to showcase their product for internal stakeholders or investors. We also use this interactive artefact to guide our engineering and development process.

DEVELOPMENT
Our experienced software engineering team takes an agile approach to product development by building products iteratively. Our backend engineers have scalability, efficiency and cost/time-saving at the top of their considerations throughout the project. While our Frontend and Mobile engineers specialize in delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces matching the final approved product designs.

QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTING
We ensure that QA testing happens throughout the product development phase and not just at the end. All issues that are identified are resolved before the product launch in order to avoid poor user experience or security risks.

BETA RELEASE
For the purpose of review, we set up the web and mobile app in staging environments which are accessible to a limited group of stakeholders for real-world review and testing.

PRODUCT LAUNCH
The new application is ready to be launched onto the marketplace or App Stores and used by the client’s prospective customers or end-users. We coordinate the App Store approval process from start to finish, guiding our clients on best practices and optimal adoption.
